SOCIALDEALER training maximizes learning, and minimizes downtime for our dealers. Our training department consists of experts well versed in a digital dealership culture and the particular approaches that increase buy-in and adoption at the dealership level.
Web-Based Training Sessions (Unlimited): It can be difficult to get your regional and dealership personnel in one place at the same time. As a solution, we offer Web-based training for our clients. SOCIALDEALER training staff delivers highly effective webinars that ensure participants can absorb the content covered. After launch, we’ll host ongoing training sessions to handle employee turnover and cross-training of staff. Basic Training on the SOCIALDEALER platform is conducted twice a week

This group training session will cover all the basic procedures required to manage your social media marketing within the SOCIALDEALER application. This includes planning, scheduling and posting content, managing your inventory,posting and responding to reviews, how to monitor your brand and your competition, and how to engage with prospects and customers online.
The scheduled training times are for Central Standard Time (CST). Please be sure to note the proper time your your time zone before registering. The chart below has been provided for reference. Also note that when Daylight Savings Time is in effect, those states that do not observe this need to take the time difference into account as well.
