Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate must be well-organized, a strong communicator, and a rock star that loves all things customer support! The candidate will oversee their own book of business, working with clients and team members to respond to online reputation reviews across multiple sites and platforms.
What you will do
- Craft custom responses to reply to reviews online on behalf of our clients.
- Actively participate and present in virtual client-facing meetings via Zoom.
- Study and understand all facets of the products and services being offered.
- Ensure brand consistency in review responses by working with various company department members, including General Managers and Sales or Service Managers.
- Work with clients to create new monthly social media strategies.
- Go over KPIs and Insights with clients monthly.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ customer service professional experience preferred.
- Automotive Dealership, Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Automotive Customer Service experience, a big plus!
- Fundamental understanding of social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with Google Drive.
- Extremely organized, task and detailed-oriented.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Paid Strategist
Who we are looking for
We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running! We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple platforms in the social media marketing space. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, a strong communicator, and a client-facing rock-star that bleeds social media marketing.
Candidate will oversee paid Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. This position combines product development, sales and social media management skills to architect and enhance social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
What you will do
- Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
- Actively participate and present in virtual client facing meetings via Zoom
- Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Work closely with the design team to turn client initiatives into creative that complies with OEM and social platform best practices

- Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific social media offerings to potential clients

Requirements
- Facebook Paid Business Manager Experience Required
- Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present via Zoom on client facing calls
- Proficient within MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, a must!

Regional Sales Director
This is a remote field position serving the entire United States.
As a Regional Sales Director (RSD) you will prospect, sell, and close new clients with emphasis on Paid Social Media, Organic Social Media and Reputation Management.
RSDs must possess a passion for the hunt and making it rain! Proven sales track record in Automotive B2B is a MUST. From prospecting to close, RSDs tackle heavy cold calling, research and discovery, sales presentations and closings working closely with the Regional VP of Sales for their assigned territory.
RSDs are expected to produce new sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas and increase revenue. RSDs must develop and manage pipeline of qualified Tier 3 business opportunities.
A minimum of 5 years’ retail sales experience is required, specifically relating to Automotive Industry – Automotive Marketing Omni Channel Sales, Automotive Agency, Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Technology Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must become fully knowledgeable on all company products and solutions within the first 90 days
- Prospect targeted dealerships within assigned territory
- Conduct prospect research and discovery
- Host virtual presentations
- Present face-to-face sales presentations
- Calculate accurate/appropriate client budgets and submit client contract proposals
- Create and manage business plan to maximize revenue opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quota goals
- Set and manage expectations with new clients
- Participate in continuing education calls and/or meetings on products and services
- Keep up-to-date on automotive industry, market news and events
- Develop relationships with OEM market representatives
- Must be able to work well as a team player and independently

REQUIREMENTS
