Paid Strategist
Who we are looking for
We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running! We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple platforms in the social media marketing space. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, a strong communicator, and a client-facing rock-star that bleeds social media marketing.
Candidate will oversee paid Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. This position combines product development, sales and social media management skills to architect and enhance social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
What you will do
- Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
- Actively participate and present in virtual client facing meetings via Zoom
- Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Work closely with the design team to turn client initiatives into creative that complies with OEM and social platform best practices
- Collect customer data and analyses interactions; visit and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Work with potential clients through new leads, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
- Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific social media offerings to potential clients
- Work with OEMs to help ensure that our clients are meeting brand and compliance guidelines for paid social media through various co-op programs
Requirements
- Facebook Paid Business Manager Experience Required
- Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present via Zoom on client facing calls
- Proficient within MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, a must!
- Disciplined, self-starter with an attention to detail using diplomacy and tact in all interactions
Compensation
Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a full-time, salaried position, located within the continental U.S., eastern time zone preferred.

Marketing Coordinator

We are growing and need an energetic person who can hit the ground running! We are looking for a candidate looking to learn & grow their career within the marketing space. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, a strong communicator, and someone who is constantly searching for new great ideas!
What you will do
- Work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute new marketing strategies
- Develop and execute new strategies for our Paid and Organic social media products
- Report KPIs for all social media channels and Google Analytics
- Assist leadership in coordinating events
- Coordinate guest speakers on our podcast
- Responsible for basic website updates and changes using WordPress
- Create and execute email blasts
- Help create product demonstrations
- Create blog content bi-weekly
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Paid and Organic social media
- 1-2 years of Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with updating websites or using wordpress
- Experience with copywriting or blog writing
- Experience with Canva or Adobe
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present via Zoom on client facing calls if needed
- Proficient within MS Office Suite and Google Drive
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle task with changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Disciplined, self-starter with diplomacy and tact in all interactions
Compensation
