We are searching for a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role involves the creation of visually captivating motion graphics and graphic design elements for car dealerships and manufacturers for nearly all car brands. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially for motion design and graphic design, is crucial to excel in this role.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize, design, and produce engaging graphic design assets for a variety of projects.
- Develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance video content, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create stunning visual elements.
- Design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, and advertisements.
- Incorporate typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates related to motion graphics and graphic design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure that designs effectively communicate the intended message.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Update and create web layouts through WordPress.
- Modify and adapt existing design assets for various platforms and formats as needed.
- Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall quality of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with video editing and audio editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of branding and the ability to design in alignment with established brand guidelines.

Who we are looking for
We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running! We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple platforms in the social media marketing space. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, a strong communicator, and a client-facing rock-star that bleeds social media marketing.
Candidate will oversee paid Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. This position combines product development, sales and social media management skills to architect and enhance social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
What you will do
- Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
- Actively participate and present in virtual client facing meetings via Zoom
- Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Work closely with the design team to turn client initiatives into creative that complies with OEM and social platform best practices
- Collect customer data and analyses interactions; visit and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Work with potential clients through new leads, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
- Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific social media offerings to potential clients
- Work with OEMs to help ensure that our clients are meeting brand and compliance guidelines for paid social media through various co-op programs
- Facebook Paid Business Manager Experience Required
- Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present via Zoom on client facing calls
- Proficient within MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, a must!
- Disciplined, self-starter with an attention to detail using diplomacy and tact in all interactions
